Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your beach tennis equipment in its original box, ensuring rackets are padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the gear and confirms it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
