Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming tournament.
Do you offer a warranty on OLA Beach Tennis rackets?
Yes, all our professional rackets come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Please note that normal wear and tear from sand abrasion is not covered.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on grips or sweatbands that have been opened.
How should I maintain my beach tennis paddle?
To prolong the life of your paddle, wipe it down with a damp cloth after play to remove salt and sand. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or a hot car for extended periods, as high temperatures can damage the internal core.
